Free 30 min call with Project Impact to connect, learn about your project, answer questions, and assess your project’s estimated duration, budget/fundraising needs, and unique challenges and opportunities. We’ll be happy to sign NDAs as required. After our call, we’ll give you a chance to think it through and you can let us know if you’d like to explore working together whenever you’re ready.

We send you a succinct “pitch” within 2 weeks of your request with three tiers of collaboration, cost estimates, and estimated timelines. You’ll have everything you need to decide if you’d like to hire us to:

#### Consult

We’ll become your go-to source of impact expertise. We’ll join you and your team for a 90 min strategic workshop via video conference during which we’ll craft your impact strategy with you. You’ll finish with a document that can help you move forward on your own, reach out to funders, or solicit sponsors. We’ll provide an additional 40 hours of consulting over the course of your project.

#### Plan

We’ll take your impact strategy to the next level, delivering a comprehensive “play book” for how to roll out your impact strategy. If you have a limited budget or need to rely on internal staff to run a campaign for you, this could be a good fit.

#### Implement

We integrate ourselves with your team to run your impact strategy and campaign outreach from nuts to bolts. You get to focus on the work you do best. We deliver a stellar impact campaign to make your story a movement.

We’ll send you a thorough Scope of Work with detailed timelines and deliverables to be sure our expectations are aligned before you incur any fees. Once you’re satisfied, we’ll send you our contract for review.

We implement the plan! Whether a short sprint or a long haul, we look forward to working with you.
